In an effort to protect the health and safety of our citizens and employees, effective March 18, 2020, the City of Mineral Wells will temporarily absorb the 4% transaction fee for all credit card transactions. The $2.50 processing fee for each online payment is still applied by the payment processor.

If you are past due, please call the Water Department at (940) 328-7720 to make arrangements. Setting up a scheduled payment will not stop service disconnect.
